What if the bot doesn’t know the answer? Will it stay silent? Well, it depends. In general, the bot tries to find the most likely answer in your FAQ, and reply. So, by default, it always replies. We can tweak it to stay silent if the confidence is low. Additionally, you can give the bot examples of the types of questions it shall not answer.
