If your FAQ and chat logs are well organized you can complete everything in a day. You have to just add two lines of JS code to your website or click to install Zendesk or Drift plugin from the respective app directory, upload your FAQ file with chat log, and label it, in FAQ Editor. Labeling is the only action that can take time. Still, no coding is required; if a person can handle Excel s/he would master this, too.
