Alterra Answers can answer questions about your company and products by finding answers in your help center, FAQ, wikis, or knowledge base. Thanks to its modern Machine Learning algorithms, the bot can search by meaning not just keywords. No coding is required: the bot will learn from historical interactions between your users and live agents. It will be similar to this bot but will be working for you. Alterra can find answers in wikis, including Confluence (as well as other sources, such as FAQs and knowledge bases). You would have to connect your wiki to our data store. However, integration with each specific wiki would be required, on a case-by-case basis. We will be happy to help you with it.

You can include clickable links in your bot’s answers. To achieve it, first, compose the answer in a rich text editor such as Microsoft Word and create a hyperlink there. Make sure it looks like this. Next copy the entire answer from MS Word and paste it to the Edit tab of the FAQ Editor.
