Alterra Answers is omni-channel: it works in a chat widget on your website, as an overlay over your support web form, as help center search, and over email. It is also integrated with Zendesk, Drift, Slack, Telegram, ManyChat, Chatfuel and Facebook Messenger. SMS and in-app channels can be added via our FAQ API.
